Week - 5



This week I plan for my selected idea01 which is "ratanlal a driver waiting near a car & a bird poops on his head". Then I did the blocking and send it for review to my mentor.

Week - 4


This week after getting feedback on my blocking pass, I tried my best to attain all points that that my mentor raised in feedback. Then I added some more poses where it is needed and started working on my spline pass...

I also had to develop three ideas for my next "weight shift" assignment which I will be blocking next week...

Week - 3

This week I got feedback from my mentor on my first blocking pass. His main feedback was to reduce sideways movement in first two steps, some correction on balance in some of the poses where it fees that character is going to fall down or character is in awkward position. He also gave feedback on silhouette of some of the poses where shapes are not clear.

I tried my best to do all of these corrections & sent my second blocking pass...

Week - 2

This week I started working on my first blocking pass. I have sent my first blocking pass to my mentor and waiting for his feedback on this one.

Week - 1

This was my first week at native puppets as well as my first animweekly post where I am gonna post animation, sketches, drawings & whatever work I do on weekly basis, so that it will build some discipline in my work process.  Hopefully it will !!!

This Whole week I was developing some ideas for my first animation shot at native puppets (an online training school). I selected three ideas out of them & then took video reference & sent them to my mentor Prashanth Cavale for review & suggest the better one for me to start blocking next week.

I also did two exploration sketches which are just planning for my animation ideas as well as a figure drawing :

Idea-1 exploration sketch :

 The idea is :
- he is some dangerous criminal tied with a chained as punishment may be
- he is thirsty and water is kept away from him
- now he is putting all his effort to go and drink the water.    
Idea-2 exploration sketch :


The idea is :
- a prisoner some how got out.
- first makes sure everybody is at sleep & nobody watching him.
- then he quickly escapes from there.
